Maintenance Care, by Gnxcor Inc., is a fast-growing Maintenance Management Software used at thousands of locations across Canada and the U.S. Our platform helps organizations streamline their maintenance operations, track assets, and manage preventive maintenance, all through an intuitive desktop and mobile solution.
We are looking for a Software Trainer (Implementation Specialist) to join our growing team and support our new clients as they onboard and learn the system.
This is a full-time, permanent position with lots of room for growth and the chance to be part of an amazing remote team that is passionate about service and technology.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering virtual training sessions and onboarding calls to new customers
- Creating implementation plans tailored to client needs
- Assisting users in learning how to use the software efficiently
- Tracking training milestones and keeping clients on track for launch
- Documenting all interactions and progress in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborating with the support team to ensure a smooth post-training transition
- Customer support for 50,000+ users of the software
- General administrative duties as needed
- Contributing to knowledge base articles and resources when needed
Experience & Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- Excellent command of the English language (both verbal & written)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Confidence using technology, Apple computers, software platforms, and mobile apps
- Organized, proactive, and great at follow-through
- Ability to learn fast and retain information
- Thrives in a fast-paced, full daily schedule
- Experience in training, teaching, customer service, or software implementation
- Willingness to help out in different departments when needed
- Team player with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed
Location & Work Schedule
Work Location:
- 100% Remote
- Must be in Kitchener-Waterloo Region
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
