Kinzi Lehigh
Sure. So my name is Kinsey Lehigh. I'm with stay at home nursing. We also have a sister company called CHAH technologies, which is comprehensive health care at home Technologies, where we utilize different AI programs and integrate wearable devices, cameras, lidar machines, things like that to monitor in home, and support individuals to stay at home for longer. Hopefully for the duration of their life. However, sometimes there's choices where you need to move to retirement or long term care.

Of course. And stay at home nursing. That's who you also work for?
Kinzi Lehigh
Yes. So we do personal supports and care in the homes. From the Niagara region, Hamilton region, and surrounding Toronto area
Phil Boone
Okay. And how long you've been with them for?
Kinzi Lehigh
So I've been with stay at home nursing since 2019, actually starting out in the field. So I'm actually a registered practical nurse.
Phil Boone
Okay.
Kinzi Lehigh
I worked out in the field with some of our local clients in the Welland area, and then moved up through management. So I sort of have the foot on ground experience.

Of course.
Kinzi Lehigh
I understand what's related to what that looks like, and all the logistics that come with home care. And now I get to see it from the back end, and I get to make sure that, you know, lots of clients are receiving care from good people, doing really good work out in the field
Phil Boone
Of course. Yeah. Climbing the ladder is definitely beneficial. You get your little insight on both. Do you have a preference? Do you like being in the field more, or do you like where you are at now?
Kinzi Lehigh
I have a happy medium that comes with how we take care of clients, and it's always good to have sort of one foot on the ground. I mean, they have all these different shows nowadays where, you know, Undercover Boss and these sort of things, where we're very open about it. We'll go out and support anybody. We go out and do supervisory visits, and things like that. Sometimes I'm even out doing care.

Okay.
Kinzi Lehigh
On what's needed in the community, especially during, you know, ice storms that we've had recently and, and other natural disasters. Covid was obviously a pretty big one as well.
Phil Boone
Yeah, and probably adapting to that. It must have been a challenge.
Kinzi Lehigh
People need care. So we have to make sure that the individuals that need to be serviced, that are at risk of deterioration quite rapidly get seen, but at the same time sort of managing pandemic and health care related issues, along with all the natural, physical, environmental issues that come with it.
