Dan Roberge
Thanks for joining us today. What is your name and where are you from?

Jolanta Linde
I'm Jolanta Linde. I am executive director for Dom Lipa. Slovenian Linden Foundation.

Dan Roberge
Okay. What do you do there as the executive director, what's your role like? What do you take care of?

Jolanta Linde
As you know, in long term care, we wear many, many hats.

Dan Roberge
Yes.

Jolanta Linde
So Executive Director, buck stops at me. My favourite saying is, "I sign checks, but..." Unfortunately, I'm supposed to know everything else.

yes, exactly.

Jolanta Linde
Which year are we in? 25. I started in 17, so that will be eight years.

Dan Roberge
Wow. Okay. Yeah. And then before that, you were at another home?

Jolanta Linde
Yes, for three years. I was at Huron County home, Huron Lee, and then for 19 years, I was at Crystal's Latvian home. And somewhere in between I was at a for profit home. And even with a hospital.

Dan Roberge
Wow. So what type of experience do you need to be in this role? What did you do in your past to get you to a place where you were able
