Dan Roberge
All right. Matt, how are you? Welcome to the show. Tell the world who you are.

Matt Power
Wow. Thanks, Dan. It's, great to be part of this podcast that I've always been behind the scenes working on editing. And I'm a video producer here with Maintenance Care.

Dan Roberge
Yes. And you are. And, so what are some of the things that you've been working on? As video producer, we have different series that we're producing. What's some of them that you're working on?

Matt Power
Yeah. Well, there's so many of them. Right now we're doing this podcast, this is Tech Talks, and interviewing people from different industries, and the different challenges they face, the different, successes and innovations that they have. And, we have Tech News that we put out every Tuesday.

Dan Roberge
And what's Tech News? What do we do during Tech News?

Matt Power
Tech News is helpful tips and news that you can use, whether it be related to maintenance or technology, something that you maybe have heard from a customer that you want to share, and here's a solution. Here's a challenge that our customers are facing, and here's some helpful information you can use.

Dan Roberge
Now, we also have two big series coming out in 2026, and one of them is a show that you've been editing now for months, called Preventive Measures. What is that?

Matt Power
Yeah. Preventive Measures. So that's an exciting series about shining a spotlight on the important job that maintenance people do for preventative maintenance. So whether that be checking furnace filters, regular checks on fire extinguishers, fire exit doors, boiler rooms, and a lot of that stuff takes place behind the scenes, and nobody notices it. But through this series that we're doing, Preventive Measures, shining a spotlight on the hardworking people that do this job behind the scenes to keep everyone safe.

Dan Roberge
Yeah. And I think a lot of our customers are going to really like that, because it actually is part of their day to day job. So they're going to learn from it hopefully. And then the last one that I don't think you've started editing yet, but we already shot all first season. What is that called? Do you remember?

Matt Power
Yeah. Tools in Perspective.

Dan Roberge
Yes. It's exciting. And what is that?

Matt Power
Yeah. So that's a tool review series that we're doing. So maintenance people and facility managers are always using different tools to do their job, and what we do with this series is review a variety of different tools, and let you, as a maintenance person, know which tool that we like best.

Dan Roberge
Right. We've got some pretty cool tools that we do, So I can't wait for that to come out. And then obviously you're still doing the comics, Gnxcor Comics. Those are fun, all always hilarious. Using AI tools to build those. So that's great. So now, you've been with us for how long?

Matt Power
It's been about six and a half months. Seven months.

Dan Roberge
Wow, already. And you're knee deep in all this stuff, and we've got a lot of projects that we're going to be working on. In the past, what's what, you know, what's your experience like? Tell the world some of the really good, accomplishments you've had that I know about. What are what are those?

Matt Power
You know, I've always been interested in video, and, it's something that I've been doing for over 20 years, and had the pleasure of working on a variety of different video productions. And a lot of times in the corporate space, working with businesses, and whether it be promotional and marketing, that kind of thing. And I also found myself on a film set here and there over the years as well, which I enjoy doing, as a creative a project as well.

Dan Roberge
Yeah, you're very creative. And that's one of the things that we're seeing as you're working through all these videos and projects, and everything that you do. So we're glad to have you, and thank you for sharing your experience so far, and I'm sure in the future, once we've got more shows that we've launched, you'll come back and talk about those shows.

Matt Power
Yeah. Thanks, Dan. I appreciate the opportunity.

Dan Roberge
Thank you.
