Yes. So now, we met last year, and you're a customer of Maintenance Care. What's your facility? Describe your facility.
Harvey Greenidge
So we're a 200,000 square foot facility. We have six basketball courts, a full size indoor turf field. We do football, lacrosse, soccer, indoors. And we also have an outdoor turf field as well. Same size. We have an arcade, 40 game arcade and a climbing area, play climb area with 30 different climbing walls.

Wow. Yeah. And so, where are you located?

Wheeling, West Virginia. We're about 45 minutes from Pittsburgh.

Oh, nice.

Nice location. Great venue and great community.
Dan Roberge
Perfect. So now the turf. So through winter it runs, and people have a place to go where they could practice the sports during the winter?
Harvey Greenidge
Yeah. So we host wrestling tournaments inside. We do softball tournaments inside, baseball leagues. Flag football leagues. We do expos inside. We just had a huge, 200 vendor booth craft fair inside. So we do some card shows, like playing cards and Pokemon cards, shows and anything you can think of, we do it.
Dan Roberge
That's incredible. Incredible. So that must take a lot of work to manage. So what you were saying before, how big is your team that manages the facility?
Harvey Greenidge
Yeah, so we have five full time managers that that work in various different departments, in food and beverage, customer service, pro shop, and such. And then I also have my maintenance director, and then there's about three or four janitorial crew members as well.
Dan Roberge
Wow. So you're running 24/7 365?
Harvey Greenidge
So typically we're open 9:00, Monday to Friday. We close around eight. On the weekends. It depends on the tournament. What time we open, Sometimes it's a 5:00 start tournament, and it goes to, like, 10:00 at night. It all depends. It varies.

And tell me about the arcade. So what kind of arcade is this? Do you rent units, or do you buy them? How does that work?
Harvey Greenidge
Oh, so yeah, we own all the games. 40 different arcade games. So we have virtual reality games. We have crane games. We have, you know, like Jurassic Park shooting games, and a litany of different axe throwing games, and everything you could think of.

And so did people buy tickets to play the games, or what do they get?
Harvey Greenidge
So now everything is on a card now. So, you purchase a card and you put as much money as you want on it, and you go out and play your games, and then you get ticket redemptions on the tickets. They are now loaded onto that card, and then you take it to our redemption area, and you can pick your prizes.

Oh, amazing. Amazing. So you get a lot of foot traffic?
Harvey Greenidge
We do, we get traffic on a regular basis Monday to Friday from the community of people that come up, and then obviously during our tournaments, the siblings that are not playing are in the arcade.

That's amazing. Well, what a great location to be at. So, what have you learned here in this conference so far?
Harvey Greenidge
Yeah. This is this is always a great conference for us. You know, the great minds and general managers get together, and shoot the breeze, and learn new things. And so lately I've been talking with a lot of food and beverage gurus, and we're trying to pick up our sales for food and beverages. Getting some new ideas, new products. And so that's good for us right now, what I'm taking from this conference is the food and beverage ideas.
