Dan Roberge
Courtney, how are you?

Courtney McKellar
Hello. I'm well. Dan, how are you?

Courtney McKellar
I'm doing well. I'm doing well. Good.

Dan Roberge
So where are we right now? Where are we doing here?

Courtney McKellar
We are at the Advantage trade show for 2026.

Dan Roberge
And what is this trade show about?

Courtney McKellar
Mostly this is health care. Yes, this is health care for this particular trade show.

Dan Roberge
Yes. Now, how long have you been working for us?

Courtney McKellar
I have been with Maintenance Care for four years this past March.

Dan Roberge
Wow. Yes. And when you first started, you've had many roles with the company. So what have you done? Like, what are some of the things you've done?

Courtney McKellar
So I have started as contact coordinator, working with our new leads that would like to hear more about Maintenance Care, booking those demos with our sales team, moving on to finance and operations from there, listening to demos, learning what I could, kind of injecting what I could from what I would hear from them. And now my latest role, which I'm happy to say is I am in the sales department.

Dan Roberge
You are, and you're made for it. I mean, this is your personality. You're outgoing, you find solutions for things. So what do you like about sales so far?

Courtney McKellar
Truly, what I like is, again, like you said, finding that solution. If we are able to check something off of your list that has been bothering you for a while, take something off of your plate. We have enough going on day to day. Maintenance should not be a headache. You should be able to have solutions in place, and that's what maintenance care provides. That's what we're here for, and that's what we love to do, and walk away with at the end of the day.

Dan Roberge
So what is it in your personality that makes it that you're not afraid to pick up the phone and call anybody at any time for any reason? What do you think that comes from?

Courtney McKellar
Honestly, I think it just comes from put yourself in someone's shoes. If someone did that to me, and I have got an issue, I don't know where to go. I might not have the tools. I might not know about Maintenance Care. So somebody coming to me unsolicited, bringing that solution to me, I would appreciate it. And I feel there's others that are like that as well.

Dan Roberge
Yeah, I know, and that's one of the things that we've noticed, is that you pick up things really quickly. You're not afraid to jump in and do those things. And part of it is probably because you're a strong leader at home, too, and a strong mom. So those skills have come into play really well for us.

Courtney McKellar
Absolutely.

Dan Roberge
So well, thank you very much for joining. It's been great talking to you. And we're going to do this again in another four years after you've really become the top leader in sales on our team.

Courtney McKellar
I'll have a ton more stories. Absolutely.

Dan Roberge
All right. Thanks.
