Nice to meet you, Holli. You've been our neighbor at this show for how many years now? Maybe three or four years. And so why do you come to the show? Like, what's the audience for you here? And what do you do as your company?
Holli Buss
So we are a manufacturer of architectural products, specifically here at this show, targeting the administrators and the EMS. Those are the people. Yeah. The decision makers. And wall protection is our kind of game.
Dan Roberge
So EMS that's the same target audience as we have. So what do you guys do?
Holli Buss
So Acrovyn is a vinyl acrylic, and it protects walls. So in long term care hospitals, health care settings, there's a lot of wheeled menaces, as well as people that destroy the drywall. So we would come in and protect that. And if you don't have that protection, the maintenance team on staff is going to be patching, sanding, painting, repairing a lot. So we do everything from crash rails, handrails, corner guards, kick plates, door frame protectors anywhere that walls and surfaces get damaged. We have a protection solution for that.
Dan Roberge
That's awesome. And so the ROI on that, it's incredible because you're talking about time first. So all their time plus the repair costs. So that's the value is there just in itself. So now do you have different colors? Like do you match the walls? How does that work?
Holli Buss
Yes. So we have a whole assortment of solid colors, neutrals to tinted neutrals. We have wood grains. So wood grain is something that looks like wood. But it does perform like Acrovyn. So where wood is going to splinter, the varnish might come off. This will last a lifetime. And then we can do custom. If you need sheets, we can do a custom image.

So yeah things you can actually match. Whatever the background.
Holli Buss
We can match paint colors. We can.
Dan Roberge
How do you do that? Like what? Did they send you something, or do you go on site?
Holli Buss
We will give them our pin sets, and it's up to them to decide which is the closest match. If they need a custom match, that's possible. But with anything, it's money too.
Dan Roberge
Yeah, exactly. So what area do service? What's the main geographic?
Holli Buss
So we're global, but in Canada we have a sales office up here. So in Ontario, you deal direct with us. Different provinces, we go to market through distribution. So yeah, we can tell who's selling our product. If it's not us.
Dan Roberge
And is it just senior care, or do you have other industries?
Holli Buss
So we do have other a whole other, yes, gamut of products. So I guess the line up. Yeah. So wall protection, we do Acrovyn doors. We do entrance mats and grids. So in the front vestibule at a convention center, or anywhere, condo you're walking in, you want to scrape, trap, hold, and hide the dirt. So these grates will have all that dirt fall through.

That's amazing.
Holli Buss
Expansion joints, louvers. Yeah, a whole bunch. A whole bunch of products. All related to making buildings better.
Dan Roberge
Yeah. You could also do, I guess, kids playgrounds and stuff too, because that gets damaged.
Holli Buss
Yeah, there's probably a whole other extension. Yeah.

So now how long have you been with the company?
Holli Buss
26 years.
Dan Roberge
My goodness. And so what do you do there? What's your role?
Holli Buss
I'm in sales and marketing. So I support the outside sales team. And I handle the marketing for the Canadian division. And I manage all the trade shows, I manage contracts, I do a whole bunch of important things quietly, behind the scenes.
