Dan Roberge
Hello, brother Dino. How's it going? Good, good. So, you've been working with us now for how many years?
Dino Roberge
It's going to be four years this year.
Dan Roberge
Amazing. And so when you came in, what do you find has been the most different? In what our company was when you first came in to what it is now, four years later?
Dino Roberge
It's a company that's, developed its operations and processes a lot. So a lot about processes, a lot about how we reach out to clients. It was at the time when I started, it was rather basic, direct leads that came in and, we'd reach out to them or support calls. I would come in today. It's more diverse. We get a lot of emails, a lot of phone calls. We've got different types of requests, I think, support, I think it's tackled differently. Chats, the way we tackle them quickly now, we set up a lot of KPIs with our team. And so, like I said, a lot of processes have been put in place where now it's more of a process driven company than it was before.
Dan Roberge
Yeah I agree. And also, there was only, I think when you started there was only ten staff, and nobody in the sales department.
Dino Roberge
You were doing the demos, and the lead specialist calling the clients.
Dan Roberge
Yes. That's right. Yeah. We had some staff leave all at the same time. And so we were kind of rebuilding that department, and now we're how many people in just in sales?
Dino Roberge
We've got six or seven people in sales. I always forget, plus coordinators and help, plus trainers, plus support staff, IT staff. The IT team developed so much.
Dan Roberge
Yeah it does feel like we've become a more well oiled machine. And obviously that's part and parcel of your involvement in that process.
Dino Roberge
Part of the plan of the owners, including yourself, was to bring that up. I think my presence doesn't change anything. I think it could have been anybody. But I think it's more the fact that where you've decided to structure it better, I think it helps a lot with every department. And I think the clients are better served today than they were four years ago.
Dan Roberge
Yeah.
Dino Roberge
The clients I mean, our client base has grown so much. We were already before that, in a lot of the long term care, senior care, chains across Canada. But I think with the consolidation of all the chains, that's happening right now, it helps us a lot to grow. There's a lot of new facilities that are being built, because of government grants, and a lot of U.S based companies. Also, we need to say a lot of US based companies are coming to us now. Chains, major clients, major brand names are coming to us, which, I think at the time we had somebody thinking
