Yeah, absolutely. I manage the customer success team over at Finally, a new expense management and corporate card platform geared towards small to medium sized businesses. Currently we are the official corporate card and spend management partner for the Florida Panthers, the Miami Heat, Chicago Bulls, major League table tennis, professional fighters League. They're very familiar within the sports industry. I'm working closely with some very big partners.

So so what does it do? Tell me about the product and the card.

Within our platform, it's designed to help both finance teams and employees themselves manage their expenses better. Combining the tight controls on corporate cards, seamless integrations, with accounting systems that will provide you real time visibility into expenses, how your team is spending, and allow to easily collect things like receipts, coding memos, all the information that accounting teams get so bogged down with on a monthly basis, all filtered seamlessly into the finally platform, and sync right into your accounting system.

Oh, wow. So you integrate with different accounting systems, like what kind of systems do you integrate with?

Everything from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Net suite. And even if we don't integrate directly with your platform, we have ways that we can pull your info in, and give you the advantages of the automations and the seamless connectivity with your systems.

Awesome. So does the system allow you, let's say you need to give out some cards to some of your executives. And you determine which expenses are allowed and not allowed. How does that work?
Mitchell Fratrik
Exactly. Yeah. With just a couple clicks of a button, you can issue out both physical and virtual cards, an unlimited amount of those cards for as many users as you need. You can choose exactly where they're allowed to spend, how much they're allowed to spend. So there's no more of the team going over to the bar at the end of the night when they're not supposed to. You're able to lock down that spend from a control perspective, and make sure that your money's not being wasted where it's not meant to be wasted.

Oh, that's amazing ROI there. And also, I guess you are getting the credit for the credit cards themselves from their own bank. How do you work with that?
Mitchell Fratrik
So we work with our own banking partners. Within our set up, we're able to give out limits that are generally 25 times higher than most standard banking credit cards. So ultimately giving you the room to grow, helping to be a partner in the growth of companies like sports facilities, as well as many other companies across the country, gives you an opportunity to utilize that platform, and get more credit than you're used to with most banks. In a lot of situations, you have to build those relationships with the bank. Finally, we'll work with you on that, go through our unique underwriting process, and be able to assign you higher limits that you can use for business expenses.

Amazing. And what's the size of the team where you feel like you're the right product for that team?
Mitchell Fratrik
So we work with companies as small as two person operations, to you know, as I mentioned, the sports teams that are thousands of employees that utilize Finally cards. That bread and butter sweet spot is in that range there where we can work with the small team who just needs the quick, easy access to credit and easy receipt collection to large organizations that have complex accounting set ups, need more coding and information from their team, and there's a lot of employees to chase down for information. So our system will handle that for you. You let the Finally platform be the bad guy, employees, the and finance team. You guys get to reward them in the right way, and just let the system take care of that for you.

Start to finish takes about five minutes to fill out an application, 24 hour turnaround on that application schedule, and onboarding the same day, and get you set up on that same day, card shipped in the mail, virtual cards are available to use immediately, so we can get you approved and turned around with a new account within 24 to 48 hours.
