Software Sales Specialist

Our CMMS software is used at thousands of locations in Canada and the U.S. and helps manage work orders, preventive maintenance and all of the assets in the building and our 50,000+ users can utilize our mobile app to manage their day to day operations. We are looking for a Software Trainer & Product Specialist to join our growing company to help showcase our product to new potential customers.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Web Sharing (Demo) product presentations for leads developed internally
  • Web Sharing trainings with new customers in the operational use of the software
  • Technical Support for 50,000+ users of the software
  • Troubleshooting general computer issues related to Maintenance Care software
  • Troubleshooting mobile device issues related to Maintenance Care software
  • Build customer relations documentation and history for knowledge base
  • Contact customers, including their management, on a regular basis to discuss open issues, ongoing needs, and future plans
  • Monitor the customers initial setup and ongoing maintenance processes regarding the installation, training, and ongoing support
  • Maintain current files and update the appropriate internal systems and/or personnel regarding customers including correspondences, current configuration, personnel, mailing lists etc.
  • Perform training, consulting or other support services (including telephone support and production services) for customers as directed
  • Monitor and follow-up open customer support issues
  • Participate in the testing of new features as it relates to the software implementation
  • General administrative duties as needed

Experience & Requirements

Experience:

  • Sales: 3 years

Basic Skills:

  • Solid understanding of technology, software, internet and mobile devices
  • Experience in presentations, sales or demos
  • Previous experience in customer support
  • Knowledge of various internet browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome...)
  • Knowledge of PC and Mac OS
  • Knowledge of Android and Apple OS
  • Patience and coaching skills
  • Strong verbal and written English (French would be an asset)
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Winning and Team oriented Attitude

Location & Work Schedule

Work Location:

  • Hybrid/Remote in Cambridge, ON N1R 6J2

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

$55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
